Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

n

n
Servicing vehicles, conducting checks, and performing maintenance in line with manufacturers' guidelines




n
Diagnosing faults and repairing or replacing defective parts and components
n
Advising the Service Reception team on necessary repairs
n
Producing accurate time estimates and maintaining comprehensive repair records
n
Testing repaired systems and ensuring vehicle safety and performance standards are met
n
Maintaining high standards of workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction
n

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

n

n
Minimum of two years' experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership or similar workplace
n
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to carry out repairs efficiently
n
Excellent attention to detail and adherence to manufacturer standards
n
Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers effectively
n
A desire for career progression within a professional automotive environment
