If you have a happy personality, enjoy meeting people and take pride in providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
About the Role
As the face of our hotel during the night, you will be responsible for providing warm and professional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Your duties will include
Welcoming and assisting guests with a friendly attitude
Managing check-ins and check-outs
Answering guest enquiries and phone calls
Handling reservations and basic administrative tasks
Assisting guests with any overnight requests
Maintaining a safe, welcoming and professional environment
Completing routine night-shift duties and handover procedures
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Naturally friendly, cheerful and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Well-presented and professional
Confident communicating with guests
Comfortable working independently at night
Customer-service focused
Willing to learn and take direction
No hotel experience? No problem. Full training will be provided to the right person.
