We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our clients expanding Cleaning & Facilities Services business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in sales within a fast-growing industry in Brisbane and Gold Coast.
You will work closely with our experienced sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote professional cleaning and other soft service facilities management solutions to a broad range of commercial, hospitality, education and medical businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, face 2 face and events.
Identify and engage potential clients across commercial, leisure and events, education and hospitality sectors.
Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Support the senior sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Follow up on sales leads and enquiries promptly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
Previous sales or business development experience is advantageous but not essential.
Hunter mentality
Operational Cleaning experience highly advantegous
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
Professional presentation and positive attitude.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Full driver's licence preferred.
