Grandfather's Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dedicated Trade Waiter to join our team in Sydney CBD. In this role, you will deliver exceptional table service, demonstrate extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, take accurate orders, and provide a welcoming dining experience to our guests.
Salary / Earnings
Guaranteed Earnings: AU$79,423 per annum
Note: Guaranteed earnings do not include superannuation. Weekend penalties, tips, and superannuation are paid in addition to base earnings.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of waitering experience in a fast-paced or fine-dining restaurant setting.
Robust communication skills and a skilled, customer-focused attitude.
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
Full working rights in Australia.
