About the Role

Clarity Partners is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the Perth-based team and provide practical, commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.

The HR Advisor will provide practical and commercially focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a broad generalist position, offering the opportunity to work closely with leaders and employees across the business while contributing to key people initiatives, employee relations and organisational development.

What You’ll Do
Provide practical HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle
Manage employee relations, performance and workplace matters
Advise on employment conditions, policies and relevant legislation
Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and remuneration processes
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Contribute to HR projects, policies and people initiatives




Partner with managers to address workforce needs and provide solutions
Promote a positive, professional and high-performing workplace
Collaborate with the broader HR team and key stakeholders

About You
Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
Experience within the mining, resources, engineering, construction or another complex operational environment
Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practices
Confidence managing employee relations and performance matters
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
A commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
Strong organisation and time-management skills
The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a cooperative team
A qualified, discreet and approachable manner
