Eastern Contract Glazing (ECG) is based in Bayswater. We assist our customers in office with glass installations.

We are looking to expand our team across casual, part time, and full-time roles to support our growing pipeline of upcoming projects. About the Role:

You will be working alongside our experienced trade team on-site. Duties include:
Assisting with the handling, lifting, and placement of large glass panels.
On-site setup, material movement, and site prep.
Assisting with rubber glazing, sealing, and frame handling.
General trade support and factory/site labour duties.

What We Are Looking For:
Physical Fitness & Strength: High manual handling capability is essential. You must be comfortable with heavy team lifting on a daily basis.




Compliance: Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and full Australian working rights.
Licence & Transport: Valid, current Australian Driver’s Licence and confident driving trade vehicles between sites.
Tech Capabilities: Competent using basic workplace apps on a smartphone (e.g., managing timesheets, shifts, or job admin via tools like BrightHR or Xero).
Experience: Prior experience in glass or window fabrication is a bonus, but a general construction background is equally suited. We want to hear from you if you have worked on-site in carpentry, site labouring, landscaping, or any hands-on trade where you understand site safety and aren't afraid of hard physical work. Full on-the-job training in glazing techniques will be provided for the right candidate.
