About the Role
Serve trade customers at the counter, over the phone and via email
Prepare quotes, process orders and respond to customer enquiries
Assist with purchasing, receiving stock and general administration
Pick and pack orders, restock shelves and help with general warehouse duties
Build strong relationships with regular customers and look for opportunities to grow sales
Help with occasional local deliveries and check in with other customers nearby to pick up extra orders

About You

Trade sales, hardware, industrial supply or hands-on trade experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.



If you have a outstanding attitude, learn quickly and are confident with customers, we’d still like to hear from you.
Confidence dealing with tradies and understanding what they need
Good customer service, communication and organisation skills
The initiative to take ownership and look for sales opportunities
A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to help across the branch
A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
