Greentech is part of the MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM) network, a national powerhouse with over 400 locations.

As MMEM’s solar and renewables specialist, Greentech supplies products to customers across the solar industry. This is an opportunity to join our new Broadmeadows branch from the beginning, with profit share bonuses and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow within the wider business.

The Role

We’re looking for someone organised, confident with customers and happy getting stuck into a mix of sales support and administration.

A big part of the role will be looking after customers who generally know what they need, processing their orders and making sure everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to supply.

What You’ll Do
Take customer enquiries and process orders
Prepare quotes and assist customers with product and availability queries
Build relationships with regular trade customers
Assist with invoicing, paperwork and general branch administration
Keep customer and order information up to date
Work closely with the wider team to keep things running smoothly

About You

You don’t need solar industry experience.



We’re more interested in finding someone switched on, organised and comfortable dealing with customers.

You’ll ideally have:
Customer service, administration or sales support experience
Confident communication skills and a friendly approach with customers
Valuable organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using computer systems and picking up current processes
A willingness to learn about the solar and renewables industry
A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
