Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bagging & Packaging Operator to join a busy production team in YASS, NSW. This hands-on role involves operating automated machinery to bag, package and prepare soil, compost and landscape products for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate automated bagging and packaging machinery
Check product weights, quality, labelling and packaging
Meet daily production targets
Complete routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
Follow all WHS requirements and site procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work effectively within a quick-paced production team
Requirements:
Current Forklift Licence - Highly Regarded but Not Essential
Previous production, packaging, manufacturing or industrial experience highly regarded
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable with a safety-first attitude
Ability to follow SOPs and site procedures
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
Available for consistent weekday shifts
