APEX Property Solutions is looking for an experienced, practical and reliable person to join our Outdoor Care and Property Maintenance team.

This is a varied role combining lawn care, gardening, landscaping and general property maintenance. It would suit someone who already has hands-on experience but wants to develop a broader skill set and take on more responsibility over time.

What you’ll be doing

Depending on your experience, work may include:
Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
Hedge trimming, pruning and garden maintenance
Weeding, mulching, planting and garden-bed improvements
Turf repairs, top dressing and re-turfing
Vegetation reduction and overgrown property clearances
Green-waste and general outdoor clean-ups
Pre-sale and rental property presentation
Pressure cleaning of driveways, paths and outdoor areas
Minor landscaping, edging and pathway works
Fence, gate, deck and timber repairs
General handyman and minor property-maintenance tasks
Patch-and-paint and minor repairs
Material collection, loading and site preparation
Before-and-after photos and basic job reporting

The role reflects the broader mix of outdoor care,



landscaping and property-maintenance work completed by APEX rather than being limited to mowing or gardening.

What we’re looking for
Experience in lawn care, gardening, landscaping, handyman work or property maintenance
Current Australian driver’s licence
Comfortable using lawn equipment, hand tools and power tools
Physically capable of outdoor manual work
Reliable and able to work independently once familiar with the job
Good attention to detail and pride in your work
Willingness to learn new skills
Able to identify and report problems rather than simply work around them

You will not be expected to undertake licensed or specialist trade work outside your experience or qualifications.

Growth prospect

This is intended to be a growth-based role.

As you demonstrate greater capability, reliability and judgement, there is prospect to take on more complex work, run jobs independently, assist newer team members and potentially progress into a senior or team-leading position.

Pay: $26.90 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
