Our client is searching for a highly skilled Chef for their busy kitchen at Australian Hotel and Brewery in Northwest Sydney. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to join its award winning team.

About the role
Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
Assist in the productive running of Kitchen operations
Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.




Preparing meat and fish and cook dishes per menu
Assisting with the management of health and safety.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commands respect in the kitchen
Team player and supportive of a culture of team work
High food standards in taste and presentation
