We are seeking Civil Labourers and Trade Assistants to join our team in Glanville, SA 5015. This is a casual position that offers flexibility and the chance to work on diverse engineering and construction projects. As a Civil Labourer or Trade Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction teams, ensuring project efficiency, safety, and quality workmanship.
This hands-on role is essential to the successful delivery of our projects and contributes directly to our reputation for excellence in the trades and services sector.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining work areas, including site setup, cleanup and waste management
Transporting and positioning materials, tools and equipment safely
Maintaining health, safety and environmental standards on site
Following all site procedures, risk management protocols and safety guidelines
Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members
Performing general labouring duties as directed by site supervisors
Confined spaces, working at heights and EWP tickets is an advantage but not essential.
What we're looking for
Willingness to learn and develop skills in engineering and construction trades
Robust commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance on site
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliability and punctuality
Previous experience in construction, engineering, or related labouring roles is desirable but not essential
Valid driver's licence is advantageous
Willingness to obtain relevant site inductions and certifications
Willingness to work overtime
