Cloudwerx is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to own the day-to-day health, security and continuous improvement of our end-user technology setting, supporting ~200 Windows and macOS devices. This role is hands-on and focused on practical solutions, not a traditional management position.
You will manage lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, endpoint security, MFA/SSO, and coordinate with security, networks and cloud partners while reporting risks and prospects to leadership.
