Casual Position Available - Primarily Breakfast Shifts The Venue

We're a passionate health-focused deli and grocer committed to real food, done right. Everything on our menu comes from local regenerative farms – grass-fed meats, free-range eggs, seasonal organic produce, and house-made ferments. We are 100% seed oil free: cooking exclusively with beef tallow, butter, ghee, extra-virgin olive oil, avocado oil, and lard. No canola, no sunflower, no soy – ever. Our guests love us because they leave feeling energised, not inflamed.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled, positive chef who shares our obsession with clean cooking. You'll run your own section in a small, tight-knit brigade , prepping and plating beautiful breakfast and lunch dishes





Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes from scratch using seasonal vegetables and local produce
Maintain our strict seed oil-free standards
Keep a spotless section, follow HACCP, rotate stock like a pro.
Contribute menu ideas – we change with the seasons and love chef input.

What You'll Bring
Trade qualification (Cert III Commercial Cookery) + at least 2–3 years in quality kitchens.
Knife skills that make onions cry and ability to handle high-volume service
Team player with a chill vibe – no egos, no screaming.
