Female Support Worker – Mount Martha

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Support Worker to support a NDIS participant in Mount Martha.

Location: Mount Martha

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Ongoing shifts

Duties include:
Personal care
Daily living support
Mental health and psychosocial support
Supporting independence and daily routines

About you:
Robust understanding of mental health
Experience working with NDIS participants
Confident with personal care and daily living support
Reliable, patient and proactive
Current NDIS-related compliance documents
