True Embrace is a Sydney-based NDIS provider supporting people to live the life they want. We are a small, hands-on team, which means you will know the directors by name and never be a number on a roster.
About the role
We are looking for female support workers based in or near Hornsby and the Northern Beaches, on a casual basis. Shifts are local, so you are not spending half your day driving. We work around your availability rather than the other way around.
What you will be doing
Personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming
Supporting daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household duties
Community access, getting out to appointments, social outings and activities
Building genuine rapport and supporting participants to work towards their goals
Writing transparent shift notes at the end of each shift

Ability to adapt between different participants and routines
Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Working With Children Check
First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
