As E-Commerce & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence across e-commerce, paid advertising, email, social media and digital marketing. You will work closely with the founders and wider team to develop and execute strategies that increase website traffic, conversion, customer acquisition and repeat purchases. A major focus of this role will be leveraging AI to work smarter, move faster and improve every aspect of marketing and e-commerce operations.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of the P&R; Styling Shopify website
Manage product launches, collections, pricing, promotions and website merchandising
Optimise product pages, collections and website content to improve conversion
Monitor website performance, conversion rates, average order value and online revenue
Own and manage paid advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Develop, launch and optimise campaigns across acquisition, retargeting and remarketing
Manage advertising budgets and ensure strong return on ad spend (ROAS)
Identify and implement AI tools that improve marketing, e-commerce and business efficiency
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy
Track and report on key e-commerce and marketing KPIs
About you
3+ years' experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
Demonstrated ability to drive online revenue through paid advertising
Solid understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, customer acquisition and digital marketing metrics
Robust experience with Shopify
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is highly regarded
Strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and conversion optimisation
Excellent copywriting and content skills
A genuine passion and high level of proficiency with AI tools
Experience implementing AI into real-world marketing workflows
