As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for helping the practice run smoothly while providing friendly and skilled service to our patients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly first point of contact
Managing patient appointments, bookings and enquiries
Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Managing patient records and updating information
Processing payments and handling general administrative duties
Liaising with dentists, Dental Assistants and the wider practice team
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
Providing an exceptional patient experience at every interaction





Qualifications We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous dental reception experience
Has strong customer service and communication skills
Is friendly, professional and approachable
Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Is confident using computer systems and learning recent technology
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work
Is passionate about providing a great experience for patients
