We provide personalised support to clients across the Ipswich and surrounding region. RealCare Assist are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

Who We’re Looking For
Experience in disability support is preferred but not essential
Female applicants required due to our client needs
Availability for weekends and non-active sleepover shifts
Genuine empathy, professionalism, and a passion for supporting others




Solid communication and teamwork skills
NDIS Worker Screening Card or willingness to apply
Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to apply
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Valid Driver’s Licence (minimum P2), access to a reliable vehicle, and smartphone
Certificate III in Individual Support is advantageous, though not required

Key Responsibilities
Support participants with daily living activities
Assist with community engagement and personal goal achievement
Ensure participant safety, dignity, and overall wellbeing
