Major Healthcare is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker to assist children and young people living in residential homes. You will build trusting relationships, support daily routines, education, appointments and activities, and promote independence and emotional wellbeing.
We look for a minimum of 6 months UK residential experience, safeguarding knowledge, DBS, driving licence and willingness to work a mix of day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.
