About the Role
We are looking for Fencers and experienced Construction Labourers to join our growing NSW team. You’ll generally work in crews of 2–3 across NSW on a range of commercial and industrial fencing projects.
This is hands-on, active construction work with consistent full-time hours and the opportunity to become part of a growing company.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Installing commercial and industrial fencing
Installing gates and associated fencing products
General construction and site labouring
Using hand and power tools
Working alongside other members of the crew to complete projects efficiently
Following site plans, instructions and safety requirements
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
What We’re Looking For
Previous fencing experience is highly regarded, however we’re also interested in people with recent, relevant experience in construction, carpentry or other hands-on trades.
You’ll need
Recent and relevant fencing, construction or trade experience
A current White Card
A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
Experience using hand and power tools
To be physically capable of performing hands-on construction work
Reliability and a strong work ethic
The ability to work effectively as part of a crew
A valuable understanding of site safety requirements
Additional tickets and licences will be highly regarded.
