Capital Veneering is seeking an experienced and motivated Installer to join our growing team.
This role is suited to a qualified Cabinet Maker or experienced Joinery Installer with a robust background in commercial joinery, fit-outs and construction site installations. You will be responsible for the installation of high-quality custom joinery across a range of commercial and residential projects.
Working closely with our installation, production and project teams, you'll ensure joinery is installed safely, accurately and efficiently, while maintaining the high standards expected by Capital Veneering and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Install custom cabinetry, joinery, wall panelling and associated products.
Read and interpret plans, shop drawings and specifications.
Complete accurate site measurements, set outs and installation checks.
Carry out on-site adjustments and modifications where required.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Handle high-value cabinetry and finished joinery with care.
Identify and resolve installation issues in consultation with supervisors and project teams.
Liaise professionally with builders, site supervisors, other trades and team members.
Maintain clean and protected work areas.
Follow all site requirements and WHS policies and procedures.
Experience
Cabinet making or joinery installation experience.
Commercial construction and fit-out experience.
Installation of custom joinery.
Experience reading and interpreting detailed shop drawings.
Experience working on active construction sites.
Experience installing cabinetry, wall panelling and other detailed joinery.
Experience completing on-site modifications and problem solving.

Licences & Qualifications
Essential
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery or relevant experience
Current Australian Driver Licence
