About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Casual Cook to join our team at the Entertainment Quarter. In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality food preparation and ensuring the kitchen adheres to the highest standards of safety and sanitation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced workplace and is passionate about delivering great food.
What You Will Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workplace at all times
Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
Assist with kitchen setup, pack-down, and stock management
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak periods

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements
Proven reliability and punctuality for all shifts
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy hospitality setting
