This department works closely with clients to manage and grow wealth through tailored investment strategies, while supporting complex client servicing, portfolio administration and regulatory requirements.

Your current role

Working within a high-performing Client Service Operations team, you will support the ongoing maintenance, transfer and offboarding of client accounts across a leading wealth management business. You'll work closely with local and offshore stakeholders to ensure exceptional client outcomes, data integrity and operational excellence.
Manage client account maintenance, offboarding, deceased estates and asset transfer requests.
Coordinate client migrations and position transfers, including CHESS sponsorship activities.




Liaise with internal teams and offshore stakeholders to ensure account updates are processed accurately and within SLA.
Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of client service and data integrity.

What you'll need to succeed
We require previous experience within wealth management, stockbroking, platform administration or financial services operations.
Robust understanding of asset transfers, client account maintenance, CHESS sponsorship and the trade lifecycle.
Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements, including AML, KYC and ASX rules.
RG146 qualifications (or a willingness to work towards obtaining them), with additional exposure to portfolio management platforms such as Praemium highly regarded.
A client-focused mindset with robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
