Mix, kneed, rest, roll, cut and shape dough, for breads and pastry products;
Mix, rest and bake full range of breads;
Construction and baking of pastries, cakes and slices;
Glaze and dust bread pastries and products as needed;
Apply fillings, icings and decorations as needed and to special order cakes;
