Telstra Health is hiring First Response Counsellors to provide trauma‑informed support via phone, video, web chat and SMS in a rapid‑paced contact centre. The role offers flexibility with part‑time or full‑time hours and work-from-home arrangements.

Candidates will hold a relevant bachelor’s qualification with qualified registration eligibility, plus at least three years of counselling experience and a current Working with Children Check. Availability for onboarding is required.
