We are seeking a qualified Property Valuer to join our growing property services business on a subcontractor basis.
This is a flexible prospect suited to an experienced valuer looking to take on additional work, with valuations provided as our client and referral network continues to grow.
About the Role
As a subcontracted Property Valuer, you will be responsible for completing residential property valuations across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting property inspections and valuations
Preparing accurate and skilled valuation reports
Researching comparable sales and market data
Managing allocated valuations within agreed timeframes
Maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
Relevant property valuation qualifications
Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation
Experience in residential property valuation
Strong knowledge of the Melbourne property market
Current ABN and appropriate insurance
Robust communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently
