We’re now looking for an experienced senior reception or clinic skilled to join our team in Denman Prospect, ACT as an Assistant Manager.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, taking ownership and keeping things running smoothly.

Working closely with clinicians and the wider team, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, support the team and make sure patients have a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

You’ll be involved in:
Coordinating daily clinic operations, patient flow and appointments
Supporting and leading the reception and dental assisting teams
Managing rosters, staffing coverage and clinic readiness
Coordinating treatment schedules, lab cases and clinical logistics
Leading daily team huddles and keeping communication on track
Managing stock, consumables and general clinic requirements
Supporting compliance,



infection control and consistent clinic processes

You’ll also be someone the team can rely on when things get busy, helping solve problems in real time and making sure the clinic keeps moving.

About You

You’re organised, proactive and confident working in a busy clinical workplace. You enjoy working with people, have strong attention to detail and are comfortable balancing competing priorities.

You’ll bring:
Experience in dental reception, clinical coordination or clinic leadership
Solid organisational and communication skills
Confidence managing schedules, workflows and a busy clinic environment
A supportive, team-focused approach to leadership
A professional and patient-focused mindset
Hold full Australian work rights

Previous experience in a senior dental reception or leadership role, surgical or implant treatment workflows, dental practice management systems, stock control or clinic operations will be highly regarded.
