Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a high-performing white collar Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive the expansion of our Melbourne business.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who wants ownership of their desk, access to robust clients, and the ability to maximise their billings in a supportive but ambitious environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent roles
Building and strengthening long-term client partnerships
Identifying and converting recent business prospects
Providing market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients
Supporting and mentoring junior consultants

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant
Track record of consistent billings and successful placements
Strong business development and relationship-building ability
Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is highly regarded
Ambitious, commercially driven, and motivated by performance and results
