We are now looking for a full time or part-Time Business Services Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced manager who wants truely flexible hours, and a high-quality client base without the pressures of a traditional mid-tier environment.

About the Role

In this role you will oversee a portfolio of business clients, manage workflow and review work prepared by juniors and intermediates, and deliver high-value client advice.

This is a role with genuine flexibility around hours and work pattern.

Key Responsibilities
Review of company, trust, partnership and SMSF financial statements & tax returns
Managing client relationships and being the first point of contact for technical queries
Providing ad-hoc advisory
Managing workflow, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring deadlines are met
Identifying prospects to improve processes, client service and team development

About You

You will be a confident,



grounded professional who enjoys autonomy and high-quality technical work without corporate bureaucracy.

We are looking for:
5–10+ years business services experience
Robust tax knowledge
Demonstrated ability to manage and review work
Excellent client communication skills
Someone who is reliable, positive and enjoys being part of a small cohesive team
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
