You will be responsible for managing and growing our paid advertising, with a solid focus on Meta Ads. This role will involve managing a significant advertising budget, monitoring performance and making strategic decisions to help drive sales and continued growth for the brand. You will work closely with our founder and marketing team and have an important role in shaping our paid advertising strategy.
Key responsibilities
Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns
Manage and monitor advertising budgets
Analyse campaign performance and identify prospects for growth
Develop and implement paid advertising strategies
Monitor key performance metrics and report on results
Test and optimise campaigns and creative
Work closely with the wider marketing team
Stay up to date with changes and trends in digital advertising
About you
Minimum 2 years' professional experience managing Meta Ads
Experience working with e-commerce brands
Strong understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing
Comfortable managing significant advertising budgets
Data-driven with solid analytical skills
Commercially minded and focused on results
Proactive and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
