About the Role

As an Apprentice Butcher, you will learn all aspects of the trade, including:
Preparing, cutting and trimming a variety of meat products
Learning safe and efficient knife handling techniques
Portioning, weighing and packaging products
Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Serving customers and providing friendly service
Maintaining clean and organised work areas
Learning industry procedures and equipment operation
Working as part of a supportive team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Keen to learn and build a career as a butcher
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Physically fit and comfortable working in a cool environment




Safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures
Comfortable working as part of a team
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Able to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays when required

No previous butchering experience is required — full training and support will be provided.
