About the role

Based from the Sunshine Coast HQ, you will work across the service area completing minor and mid-sized home modifications. This isn't repetitive construction work. No two days are quite the same. You will work across a variety of residential projects, using your trade skills to solve practical problems and deliver modifications that can make a genuine difference to someone's everyday life. You will be backed by a great team who handle the planning and coordination, leaving you free to focus on delivering quality work.

Key responsibilities
Installation of ramps, handrails and access solutions
Doorway widening and threshold modifications
Grab rails, steps and safety improvements
Bathroom, shower and toilet modifications
Kitchen and general home modifications
Custom carpentry and practical access solutions

About you
Carpentry trade qualification and relevant licences/tickets
Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your workmanship
A practical, solutions-focused approach




Confidence working independently and managing your day effectively
Good communication skills and a respectful approach with clients
Current driver's licence and ability to travel throughout the service area
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider team
