Key responsibilities
Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality support to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Collaborate closely with the Accounts Specialist to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, delivering a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.

About you
Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or administration role, ideally within a skilled or corporate environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.




Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
