Wall’s Pharmacy is looking for a friendly, efficient and proactive Dispensary Technician/ Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The role will be full time but we are flexible with the hours for the right candidate.
We are after someone to join our dispensary team and you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists. Additionally, it is significant to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. We are a small community pharmacy in the Inner West and we pride ourselves on our quality service and unique products.
What you'll be doing
Assisting pharmacists with medication dispensing, stock management, and inventory control
Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, including answering inquiries and offering product recommendations
Assist with packing medications into dosette packs
Supporting the efficient operation of the pharmacy by performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and file management
Actively participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Solid customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Proficient in using relevant computer software and technology
A proven track record of reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
Pharmacy experience is necessary. Dispensing experience is preferable.
