We’re recruiting for a passionate Café Manager to lead a busy, well-established café in one of Noosa’s most sought after locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a premium setting with a strong mix of locals and tourists, where quality, speed and customer experience are key.
This is café and takeaway concept offering barista-made coffee, fresh food and a curated selection of gourmet products. With a strong reputation for quality and consistency, the venue operates all day and requires a leader who can keep standards high while driving a positive, energetic team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring and developing a Front of House team
Driving exceptional customer service standards
Managing daily operations including rostering, stock control and ordering
Maintaining solid coffee and product quality standards
Overseeing labour costs, COGS and overall performance
Ensuring compliance with food safety and procedures
Creating a positive team workplace
About You
Proven experience as a Café Manager or solid Assistant Manager
Confident leading in a high volume environment
Passionate about hospitality, coffee and customer experience
Solid organisational and leadership skills
Hands on and proactive approach
Solid understanding of rostering, stock control and financials
Flexible availability including weekends
