We are a busy family owned business in the construction sales industry looking for a motivated team player to provide office administration support for our day-to-day operations. This is an entry level role and extensive experience is not necessary as we will provide training.
Key responsibilities
General office and administration duties
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Providing additional support to the Sales Director and Financial Manager
Making follow-up calls to suppliers and customers in a professional, transparent and friendly manner
Organising and booking couriers, updating courier registers and delivery tracking
Order office stationery and maintain supplies
Working with sales and service teams to assist in daily duties.
About you
Good verbal and written communication skills
Confident with calling customers and suppliers to follow up on outstanding matters
Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Organised with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced construction setting
Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently without constant supervision
High school certificate or equivalent; additional administrative certifications are a plus
Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
Benefits
$50,000 - $55,000 per year + superannuation
Full time role, Monday - Friday, in a company supplying the growing building and construction industry
