This role focuses on using AI to help produce accurate, qualified and consistent quotations and tender submissions. Use AI effectively to improve productivity and efficiency. Working days and hours are negotiable. Training on products and internal processes will be provided.
Key responsibilities
Use AI to assist with preparing and reviewing quotations and tenders.
Analyse construction specifications, scopes of work and tender documents.
Help identify important requirements, inclusions, exclusions and potential risks.
Prepare skilled tender submissions, quotations and customer correspondence.
Develop standard AI prompts, templates and processes for quoting and tendering.
Improve the consistency and presentation of emails, reports, proposals and internal documents.
Assist with marketing materials, brochures, capability statements and presentations.
Check all AI-generated information carefully before it is issued.
Ensure confidential company, customer and pricing information is handled appropriately.
About you
Has advanced practical knowledge of AI tools.
Has experience with quotations, tenders, estimating, administration or sales support.
Has excellent written English, spelling and attention to detail.
Is confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office software.
Can understand technical information and turn it into clear, skilled documents.
Is proactive and able to identify better ways of completing everyday tasks.
Can work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Understands the importance of checking AI-generated work for accuracy.
Experience in engineering or subcontracting would be highly regarded but is not essential.
