Macquarie Group’s Tech Assist team provides hands-on technology support across multiple businesses, acting as the face of IT for end users. You’ll resolve hardware and software issues, fulfill service requests, support recent starters, manage equipment, and work with specialist teams to resolve technical challenges.
You will support Windows, macOS and iOS settings, including Jamf and Workspace ONE, and develop dashboards using Power BI to drive insights and improvements.
