Job Description

SafeWork NSW is seeking a seasoned Manager Talent Acquisition to lead the development and delivery of contemporary recruitment and workforce planning practices. The role is based in Sydney CBD, Parramatta or Gosford with a hybrid work option and regular in-office collaboration required.

You will lead a team of talent specialists, drive strategic projects such as EVP development and recruitment policy, and partner with executives and NSW Govt agencies to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.

OTE $80,000–$100,000 | Uncapped Commissions.
