WynCo are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Construction Operators and Labourers for multiple projects across the Sunshine Coast regions.
The sub-division/civil construction sector is exploding around the Sunshine Coast and we want you to be a part of it!
If you have experience working on a sub-division work site recently, don't miss this opportunity.
These roles are temporary to permanent and our clients are really motivated to getting positive operators and labourers working for them in the region into the future.
YOU'LL NEED:
Driver's Licence + reliable transport
White construction card & PPE (hard hat, long sleeve hi vis shirt, long pants, lace up steel cap boots)
Previous experience on earthworks or subdivision projects
Physically fit
Operating ticket + experience (desirable) for Excavator/Moxy/Rollers
DUTIES (Not limited to):
General civil labouring (silt fencing, temporary fencing, raking etc)
Site preparation and clean-up
Trenching and pipe laying assistance
Spotting machinery and traffic management support
Use of hand and power tools
Assisting operators and skilled tradespeople
Maintaining a secure and productive work environment
Operators expect to be operating Excavators, Moxy and Rollers etc
Organising staff with breaks, toolbox meetings
Civil labouring duties across road construction and subdivision projects
Assisting with civil drainage installation (pipelines, pits, trenching and backfilling)
Concreting works including kerb, pavement reconstruction and footings
Installation of underground services and civil infrastructure
