About the role An experienced Senior Technician role to run jobs independently, mentor junior techs, and deliver quality remediation from assessment through to sign-off. Overtime and On-Call is a regular part of the role, with penalty rates paid.
Key responsibilities
Lead water damage and mould remediation jobs start to finish
Moisture assessments, psychrometric readings, drying plans
Set up and monitor extraction/drying equipment
Mentor junior technicians on site
Liaise with clients
Job documentation, scope notes, photos
About you
2+ years' hands-on water damage restoration experience
IICRC WRT certification required; ASD desirable
Solid grasp of psychrometrics and drying science
Current driver's licence
Comfortable leading a crew and working independently
Available for overtime and emergency callouts
Physically fit, comfortable in tight spaces/heights
