The Senior General Maintenance Worker will work under general guidance within clearly defined guidelines. You will be responsible for a minor function based on their skills and experience; this may involve resolving minor issues in the relevant work area within established work practices. They may also be required oversee and/or guide the work of a limited number of Gardener and Maintenance Workers while on a job.

We will be hiring for one Part Time vacancies with approximately 22.5 hours per week.

Duties
Greeting visitors and service participants to various Cultura work locations and ensuring a welcoming and supportive workplace is provided.
Maintain skilled standards including undertaking work in a timely and secure manner;
Ensure all equipment is used and maintained appropriately;
Learn new skills, follow instructions and ask questions when unsure;
Responsibility over a minor function based on their skills and experience;
Resolving minor procedural issues within established work practices;




May also be required oversee and/or guide the work of a limited number of Gardener and Maintenance Workers while working on jobs;
Other duties as required

Construction industry white card (preferred not required);
