Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per annum, depending on experience
Oliveri Lawyers is a boutique general practice with 30 years of civil and criminal law experience. We are seeking a motivated solicitor with 1–2 years of post-admission experience to join our team in Darlinghurst.

The role The successful applicant will work across a diverse range of matters, including:
Commercial law;
Wills and estates;
Criminal law;
Conveyancing and property transactions;
Medical negligence;
Personal injury; and
Family law.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing files;
Drafting legal correspondence, advice and court documents;
Conducting legal research;
Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and other parties;
Attending court and assisting with hearings;
Participating in negotiations and dispute resolution; and
Supporting the firm’s broader general practice.
About you The ideal candidate will have:
Admission as an Australian legal practitioner and a current NSW practising certificate;
Approximately 1–2 years of relevant legal experience;
Robust written and verbal communication skills;
Sound legal research, drafting and analytical abilities;
Excellent attention to detail and file-management skills;
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
A professional, practical and client-focused approach; and
An interest in developing experience across multiple areas of law.
