The Role

We're looking for an experienced Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is a permanent part time role: 3–4 days per week (mostly Jandakot, one day at Claremont). Work-life balance is built in — not a side benefit.

Your Day-to-Day:
Performing orthodontic procedures: indirect bondings, archwire changes, debands
Capturing high-quality digital scans, photos, radiographs
Educating patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and lifestyle habits
Supporting the orthodontist during procedures
Building genuine relationships with patients of all ages
Working collaboratively with our clinical and admin team

You Should Have:
Current AHPRA registration as an OHT or Dental Hygienist (essential)
5–10 years of clinical experience




Strong technical and clinical skills, with attention to detail
Warm, patient communication style
Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
Orthodontic experience is great, but we welcome clinicians from general or paediatric backgrounds keen to develop ortho skills
