About the role

BrandSpaceX is a custom apparel, workwear, and branded merchandise business. This role splits between running our social media, being the friendly face for walk-in customers, and keeping day-to-day admin moving. Success looks like consistent content, a warm in-store experience, and nothing falling through the cracks. Works closely with our marketing lead and ops coordinator.

Responsibilities
Plan, film, and post social content on a consistent schedule
Support paid ad campaigns with the marketing lead (training provided)
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Update order/project status in our order management system
Handle day-to-day email and customer communication

Qualifications
Genuine interest in social media/content creation, with examples of your own work
Friendly, high-energy, comfortable talking to people face to face
Organised, comfortable juggling admin without close supervision
Open to learning paid ads
Basic photo/video editing skills a plus
