About the role

You’ll be responsible for helping prospective members understand what Next Gen has to offer and finding the right membership for their needs.

This will involve:
Speaking with prospective members face-to-face and over the phone
Conducting tours of our facilities
Following up leads and enquiries




Building relationships with prospective members
Working towards and exceeding sales targets
Handling objections and having confident sales conversations
Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:
Motivated and driven to succeed
Positive, confident and approachable
Passionate about health and fitness
Comfortable speaking to people face-to-face and over the phone
Competitive and motivated by hitting targets
Proactive and willing to put in the work
A good team player
Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting
Previous sales experience is preferred, but not essential
