National Field Sales Manager - Veterinary Channel | Sydney

Take the lead on one of the most respected portfolios in Australian pet care.

We're recruiting on behalf of an established FMCG business in the animal health and nutrition space, seeking an experienced sales leader to head up their field sales function within the veterinary and pet specialty channel.

In this role, you'll lead and develop a team of sales professionals engaging with veterinary and pet specialty customers across the country, driving execution, building solid relationships, and shaping field strategy in partnership with the broader commercial team.

What you'll bring
Proven experience leading a field sales team, ideally within the veterinary, animal health or premium FMCG sector
A track record coaching,



developing and getting the best out of a team of reps
Strong understanding of the vet channel, including clinic operations, buying groups and wholesalers
Commercial acumen and the ability to turn customer and market insight into growth
Willingness to travel regularly across states
