Endurance Mining is seeking a hands-on Paste Fill Leading Hand to manage the Abra Mine Site paste fill crew on a rotating N/S roster. You will lead installation, maintenance, and QA/QC of underground paste fill infrastructure, while mentoring junior crew members and driving safety on the ground.
You will report to the UGM and Backfill Superintendent/Engineer, with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a rapid-paced mining setting and maintaining solid safety and housekeeping standards.
