Land & Sea Fabrication is a small, local fabrication business in Busselton, specialising in marine fabrication, aluminium welding, catamaran and boat fabrication, trailers, and custom residential and commercial projects.

Marine fabrication is a key part of our work, with projects ranging from custom boat builds and modifications to repairs, one-off fabrication and larger projects.

We are looking for an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join our growing team. Marine fabrication experience is highly regarded, however, we are open to experienced boilermakers and welders from all fabrication backgrounds who are keen to bring their skills into the marine industry.

The Role

This is a hands-on position with plenty of variety. You’ll be working on:
Marine fabrication and aluminium welding
Custom fabrication projects
Trailer fabrication and repairs
Residential and commercial fabrication
Workshop-based work with occasional onsite work

We’re looking for someone who:




Has a minimum 3 years' experience in fabrication/boilermaking
Has strong aluminium fabrication and welding skills
Has marine fabrication experience — highly regarded
Holds all relevant trade qualifications and tickets required for the role
Is confident with TIG/MIG welding and general fabrication
Can read drawings and work accurately from measurements
Takes pride in their workmanship and pays attention to detail
Can work independently while also being a team player
Is reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
Is happy to undertake a police check if required
